This garlic oil sensation offers a wholesome, tasty flavour to any dish. It can be used as an additional ingredient in a sauce; however, it is also superb with grilled and roasted dishes and excellent as a dressing over salads.

I use the Garlic oil to seal my beef in the pan, before putting it into the oven – it gives a great flavour, without being overpowering.
