These oils are created using a unique infusion process combining premium quality olive and sunflower oil with real ingredients.

Our manufacturing process sees the insertion and then soaking of our chosen herbs or fruits into carrier oils such as olive and sunflower oils, (as they make an excellent base for the infusion process).

Once the herbs and fruits have been immersed into the oil, their flavours begin to release which is then intensified due to the use of a controlled heat source. This is often likened to that of a cup of tea, with the flavour being released through the insertion and soaking of the teabag into the hot water. To ensure the product is always of a high quality, the duration and temperature of the herb and fruits mixing with the oil needs to be monitored and controlled very carefully.

To break it down, our infused oils are oil-based versions of basil, chilli, lemon and garlic, retaining all the great attributes they offer, without any negative characteristics such as food colourants, additives and microbial content.
